The morning HIIT classes are absolutely awesome, I look forward to them every week. I'm loving the women's kickboxing on Friday mornings, and now I'm also hooked on the evening kickboxing classes. It's nice to have a friendly and fun environment to really challenge and work out hard in.

Highly recommend training here! I was super nervous to give BJJ a go as a solo female. I actually messaged the gym prior to my arrival to town asking if it was a safe space for womxn. The owner, Rich, was super encouraging to come along and check it out and told me it was a safe, inclusive, family friendly space. He was 100% spot on. The coaches are awesome and were supportive to me only wanting to roll with females at first. Eventually, I became comfortable rolling with everyone. But seriously, helped me overcome a fear and try a sport that I now LOVE. The coaches are fabulous. I learned so much across all the sports! Great community. I can't recommend enough <3

Amazing Gym. Friendly coaches and staff! They always happy to assist and answer any questions. At first my kids a bit nervous but now they love it and come home telling me about the lesson. Primal MMA is now part of their weekly routine. Highly recommend ⭐
